Any non-responsive number is automatically escalated to the ANTENNA network operations centre where it can be re-programmed immediately thereby resolving the problem before it impacts on service. We work with you to set the schedule of checks and the success criteria for each call. FourSight can dial through multiple levels of IVRs to ensure that all workflows are working as they should.
